Our Refund and Returns Policy extends 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For info on warranty returns please visit our “WARRANTY” information page. To be eligible for a non-warranty return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition received, in the items’ original packaging. All returns require receipt or proof of purchase and an RMA to be started through email@example.com prior to return. Kinetic Development Group LLC only offers returns and exchanged for items purchased on KineticDG.com. If you wish to make a return for an item purchased from one of our many distributors, please contact that respective distributor first about a return inquiry. Not all items offered on KineticDG.com are covered under our Return Policy.
Kinetic Development Group LLC is not responsible for items accidently purchased that are not compatible with your firearm if stated on our website.
All returned items are subject to an automatic 10% restocking fee.
Here at KDG we are humans! Not robots! We understand the frustrations that sometimes come with having to talk to a customer service rep. HOWEVER the customer service rep is not the cause of your inquiry… Please be kind, respectful and patient with our Customer Service team as they are just here to help.
DO NOT SEND AN ITEM BACK TO US WITHOUT CONSULTING WITH A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP FIRST! Failure to acquire an RMA or special instructions may result in an absent refund or exchange. Please send a detailed email with product and order information to firstname.lastname@example.org to start an RMA.
An RMA form MUST be included inside the package with the returning item(s), unless otherwise instructed by the rep assisting with the RMA.
For non-warranty returns it is the returners’ responsible to pay for shipping costs on all returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping made by KDG may be deducted from your refund in conjunction with a 10% restocking fee.
Refunds & Returns:
Kinetic Development Group LLC accepts all rights to reject a refund for returned item(s) found to be in ‘unsuitable condition’. (Unsuitable conditions are defined by KDG as any product not suitable for resale) Once a return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original order payment method. If rejected, you will be notified of rejection and cause via email and item(s) will be returned to the user.
Refunds cannot be issued after 90 days from the capture date. Refunds cannot be issued to another payment method different from the original order payment method. Refunds are only issuable for purchased item. Refunds can be exchanged for even store credit.
Refunds and Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee regardless of condition.
Late or Missing Funds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Most return transactions take about 3 business day.
Sale items may be returned, and refunded for the price purchased (i.e., If the item normally cost $10 and sales price is $2 you will be refunded $2)
Sale items may be exchanged for even store credit.

Exchanges may be made with products for even store credit within the appropriate return policy dates and standard. Blem items can only be exchanged for equivalent Blem items. Exchanged items can be used towards a credit on a more expensive item.
Blemish goods (referred to as Blem or Blems) are defined by Kinect Development Group LLC as: Items manufactured by Kinect Development Group LLC, that do not meet our quality of standards, for a variety of reasons, offered at a heavily discounted rate. Blemished items will be fully functional, however, not all required hardware or accessories typically included in the non-blemished counterpart are guaranteed to be included.
Items sold as Blem cannot be returned for a refund or exchanged for “New Condition” items. Blem items can only be exchanged for an equivalent value Blem item one single time (restrictions apply). If an equivalent value Blem is not available, we cannot offer an exchange. Blem Items are sold on a first come first service basis. Blem sales are offered sporadically on no set schedule. Blem items are not keep in inventory. All shipping cost encored during the exchange or return of a blemished item are the responsibility of the buyer/exchanger. Blem items are not warrantable, however please contact us at email@example.com if you are experiencing “warranty like” concerns.
