  1. Kinetic Development Group accepts all major credit cards. 
  2. We accept cash and check transactions for specialized circumstances only, such as during trade shows or for pre-approved vendors.
  1. Kinetic Development Group ships all standard packages FedEx, UPS and/or USPS.
  2. It is our policy to ship in-stock merchandise within 16 business hours (2 business days) of when the order was placed.
    • This may be delayed during holidays and if our staff is attending a trade show.
  3. All orders must have both billing and shipping addresses located within the United States or District of Columbia.
  4. We currently offer free shipping on all orders over $125. 
    • Orders under the minimum will be charged a standardized shipping fee of $9.99 regardless of location inside the United States.
  1. Unfortunately, due to the variety of regulations controlling international trade, Kinetic Development Group is not able to process international orders for retail customers at this time.

KDG offers shipping to all USA states and APO/FPO addresses.

We process orders during our normal business hours.
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. KDG strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

KDG has multiple shipping rates, depending on either the product or the shipping method chosen. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.
