However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer you a hassle-free return. Return Process
To start a return, please contact our customer support team via email at info@kineticdg.com, or through our website’s return request form.
Please provide order details, reason for return, and any supporting information. Images and videos are encouraged whenever possible.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization form and additional information if required.
Please follow all instructions our support team provides during this process.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all originally packaged items included and in the same condition as when you received it.
You will be required to provide proof of purchase from KDG.
Certain items may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact our customer support for further information.

Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
RMAs must be completed within 90 days of placing an order. After 90 days, the RMA is no longer valid.
After the specified timeframes, we will not be able to process your return.

Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (i.e, wrong item shipped, defective product), KDG will cover the return shipping costs and provide you with a return label via email.
If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by KDG, you will be responsible for returning the item(s).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a receipt of postage for your records. You may also be asked to provide this information to our support team as reference.
All items must be returned to KDG within 90 days of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive the returned item(s), our team will inspect it for eligibility, condition and cause.
If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original order payment method.
Products may be exchanged for even store credit.
In case of exchanges, we will process the replacement and if applicable, provide you with updated tracking information.
Items purchased on sale or at a discount will be credited at the sale or discounted rate.
We are unable to process refunds 90 days after an order is placed.

Exceptions and Fees
In certain cases, a restocking fee may apply for returned items. This is a 10% fee that will be deducted from the refund / exchange amount.
If the returned item is damaged, used, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a higher restocking fee.
We cannot offer a return, refund or exchange for items not purchased from KDG directly.
Not all items offered on our webstore are covered by this policy.
Certain exceptions may apply to discontinued items.
