Enhanced 5.56 Bolt Carrier Group – DLC

Description

This is an upgraded bolt carrier group for AR15/ M4 style 5.56 rifles, fully assembled and made in the U.S.A.! This bolt is full auto rated with a DLC (Diamond Like Coating) finish, machined to USGI standards. This carrier includes a Mil-Spec, DLC gas key that has been heat treated per GI specifications. The gas key is secured via USGI domestic Grade 8 fasteners. These hardened parts insure a stronger staking for a properly functioning gas system.

The bolt assembly is machined from superior C158 steel, DLC coated and shot peened for increased strength. DLC is 30% stronger than Nickel Boron and 15% stronger than Nitride allowing for a scratch resistance surface if the gun is run dry or dirty. Includes an extractor and ejector made from tool steel with T.E.A Extractor Spring. All BCGs are high pressure tested and magnetic particle inspected as part of the quality control inspection to ensure superior quality. Finally, all KDG bolt carrier groups are test fired for functionality and proper operation.
