However, if you are experiencing an issue with your product, we offer a limited lifetime warranty on all our products. Warranty Process
  1. To start a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team via email at info@kineticdg.com, or through our website’s return request form.
  2. Please provide as much detail as possible about the concern. Include supporting information like firearms and accessories being used, product age, etc.
  3. Images and videos are highly encouraged whenever possible, and may help increase the speed of the claim.
  4. Our customer support team will work with you throughout the warrant process.
  5. You may be asked to provide additional information to aid in evaluation and  preliminary diagnostics.
  6. In order to provide the best, most accurate service, please follow all instructions our support team provides throughout the warranty process.
Eligibility
  1. We offer this warranty for all products manufactured by KDG.
  2. Warranty coverage may vary for discontinued products.
  3. Certain items may not be eligible for coverage. Please contact our customer support for further information.
Timeframe
  1. Lifetime of the product.
  2. Coverage may vary for some products.
What's covered
  1. Imperfections in manufacturing, material and workmanship.  
  2. Improper functionality of the product(s) under normal use.
  3. Unexpected damages and malfunctions from reasonable and intended use of the product(s).
What’s not covered
  1. Items not manufactured by Kinetic Development Group.
  2. ‘Wear & tear’ from intended and reasonable use.
  3. Damage caused by improper installation. 
  4. Unauthorized modifications made to the product. 
  5. Items purposely disassembled, damaged, or abused.
  6. Items not being used for their intended, known purposes.
  7. Lost or stolen items.
  8. Any such relation to the aforementioned.
Repairs & Exchanges
  1. It is up to Kinetic Development Group to decide if a product is covered under this limited lifetime warranty policy.
  2. Warranted items will be repaired or replaced at Kinetic Development Group discretion. 
  3. Repairs will be made with new parts and pass a quality inspection prior to being returned to you.
Shipping
  1. If the claim is due to our error (i.e. defective product), within 90 days of receiving the item, KDG will cover all shipping costs and provide you with a return label via email.
  2. If the return is due to other reasons not caused by KDG (i.e. purposely disassembled products), or outside of the 90 day timeframe, you will be responsible for all associated shipping costs.  
  3. Once the warranty is complete, you will be updated with tracking information and warranty status. 
  4. Please only ship the item(s) necessary for warranty.
Additional information
  1. This warranty does not cover any loss of data, revenue, profits, or any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
  2. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer who purchased the product from KDG or any authorized resellers.
  3. KDG does not offer any warranty coverage for firearms, optics or other such items used in conjunction with our products.
