The current specifications of polymer MLOK is a thickness of 0.08 up to 0.15 inches. We do not suggest, nor can we guarantee Kinect will work on all polymer handguards. If you have purchased a Kinect piece that does not work with polymer or an out of tolerance aftermarket rail, please email us at info@kineticdg.com.***
***Kinect is fully assembled from the factory and not intended to be disassembled by the end user. These are mechanical items that are tested multiple times at the factory to ensure they work properly and mount securely. If you see little marks on your new Kinect, do not worry! These are factory testing marks, most of which can be removed with a damp cloth.***
